Using GemRents
GemRents provides Neighborhood DNA Reports compiled from public and licensed data sources. Reports are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal, financial, or real estate advice.
Purchases
Reports are sold on a pay-as-you-go basis with no recurring subscription. All sales are processed securely, and pricing is displayed clearly before you complete a purchase.
Accuracy of Data
While we source data from reputable public and licensed providers, we cannot guarantee that every data point is complete or current at the moment you view your report. Always verify critical details independently before making a decision.
Acceptable Use
Reports are for your personal or business research use. Reselling, redistributing, or scraping report data without our written permission is not permitted.
