When you request a Neighborhood DNA Report, we collect the address you search, your contact and payment details, and basic usage data such as pages viewed and reports generated. We never collect more than is needed to deliver your report and support your account.

Report data is compiled from public government records, licensed third-party datasets, and our own analysis. Report contents reflect the source data available at the time of generation and are provided for informational purposes.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email, and you can request deletion of your account data by contacting us directly.
